What Giza pyramid tours cost on Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook and local tour company websites. We checked 81 listings on 3 November 2026. We do not sell these tours.

- The median listed price for a Giza Pyramids and Sphinx tour was $26.50 per person (40 listings). It is the lowest "from" price on each listing card.
- Local tour companies asked a median of $65 per person for a private half-day tour for two people, with entry tickets. For one visitor alone, the median was $100.
- 20 of 81 listings (25%) showed a "from" price below the plateau ticket of $12.63. These prices cannot include the entry ticket.
- For the same type of tour, the median "from" price was $13 on Viator and $57 on GetYourGuide: 4.3 times more.
- In one example, a Viator tour "from $27" cost $49.50 per person for two adults with entry fees.
Prices by tour type
A second site adds to the price. The median "from" price for a tour with Saqqara, Memphis or Dahshur was $50. For a tour with a museum, it was $35.

Each booking site shows a different kind of "from" price. Many Viator and Klook cards show the price for the largest group or for a car and driver only. GetYourGuide cards for the same type of tour show higher prices.

What a "from" price leaves out
The plateau ticket costs EGP 700 for a foreign adult. That is approximately $12.63 at USD 1 = EGP 55.42. A tour price below this amount cannot include the ticket. Entry inside a pyramid is a separate ticket.

Method and limits
- On 3 November 2026, we read the Giza pages of Viator, GetYourGuide and Klook in a normal web browser. We did not log in or book.
- Each price is the lowest "from" price per person on the list card, in US dollars, after any discount on the card.
- The tour type comes from the sites in the listing title. "Entry tickets" shows what the card text says. Many cards say nothing about tickets.
- We left out 86 listings: packages of more than one day, trips that start outside Cairo and Giza, flights, ticket-only offers, and quad bike or horse rides only.
- Tripadvisor does not let automated tools read its tour pages, so it is not in the data. We found no airport layover tours on the lists that we read.
- The lists show the order that each site chooses. They are a sample, not every tour. Prices change with the date, the group size and the currency.
- The local tour company prices come from 5 websites with a price table. One page shows no update date.
- We will check the prices again each quarter. The date at the top of this page shows the last check.
